I know most of the BEST staff quite well now and they're just so lovely, so accommodating, so welcoming, nothing is ever too hard either. It's just incredibly easy to work with BEST, it's so easy.

The workforce advisors, they really know their clients. By the time the clients come to me, they've spoken with the workforce advisors a bit, the workforce advisors know what sort of work they're looking for, what they're capable of, whether they're reliable, punctual, that sort of thing. So by the time they come to me, they've already been screened once by the workforce advisers.

But the BEST staff don’t stop there. If the clients need to fill out forms to get onboarded with us to start working, I can just send over paper copies or I'll send the emails and then BEST’s workforce advisors will help them through that. Or if we need to do drug testing, they make it work for both me and the client. So that's great. 

BEST make my life so much easier and without them I would fill half the spaces that I have. I'm very very happy working with BEST and I will continue to work with BEST.
