Inclusive Employment Australia assists people with a disability, injury or health conditions to find and maintain work and grow their career.

 

This can include helping people to:

As an employer, you may want to hire a person with a disability. AT BEST Employment, we take the time to understand your recruitment needs and can provide a range of free services to assist you.

One of our friendly staff will meet with you face to face or over the phone, at a time that works for you and your business. They will get to know your business, and what you need in terms of a new employee, including skills, qualifications, personal qualities, and your expectations. 

 

We can help to:

 

• Identify jobs that are suitable for different candidates with disability. 
• Identify and match candidates to your vacancy. 
• Organise workplace assessments and modifications.  
• Provide access to wage subsidies. 
• Support both you and your new employees once they start work and on an ongoing basis. 
• Support eligible existing staff to maintain their employment through Work Assist.

 

Financial Incentives available

Your business may be eligible to receive a wage subsidy to assist with the hiring of a person with a disability.
