AT BEST Employment, we take the time to understand your recruitment needs and can provide a range of free services to assist you

Our Employer Specialist will meet with you, face to face or over the phone, at a time that works for you and your business. They will get to know your business, and what you need in terms of a new employee, including skills, qualifications, personal qualities, and your expectations.

We will design and develop strategies with you to ensure your business recruitment needs are met. These may include:

  • Workshops and information sessions for jobseekers, prior to applying for your role
  • Information and advice regarding starting an apprentice, wage subsidies and pre-employment training
  • Pre-screening of applicants, referee checks, skills testing and qualification checks
  • Support and mentoring post-employment for both your business and your new employee
  • Open, responsive and transparent communication throughout your recruitment process

 

Financial Incentives available

Your business may be eligible to receive wage subsidies of up to $10,000 for each eligible job seeker you hire.
