BEST Employment welcomes all constructive feedback as a source of ideas for improving services. You may wish to provide positive feedback if you have had a great experience with us or a complaint, if you have not been happy with our service.
There are several ways for you to provide feedback or make a complaint:

Talking with the staff member you were dealing with at the time

Asking for the supervisor of that staff member

Completing a feedback form available on our website

Using the QR code displayed on our “How was your experience today” poster

At BEST Employment, we take complaints seriously and will investigate each one.
During the process investigation, one of our staff will contact you to discuss the outcome or any additional steps to resolve the complaint. Complaints that cannot be resolved will be forwarded to the relevant Government or regulatory body that oversees the service.
