BEST Employment has been contracted by the Federal Government to act as a "Community Work Coordinator".  Our role is to assist communities and job seekers to utilise and benefit from the provisions of the "Work for the Dole" programme. Through the implementation of projects within the community, participants are given valuable on the job experience and community organisations receive added resources.

Work for the Dole and Community Work Placement activities will give you great work experience, improving your work skills and allowing you to enter or re-enter the workforce with greater confidence.

If you participate in a BEST Work for the Dole or Community Work Placement activity you may be eligible to accumulate training credits which can be used to pay for a wide range of training courses - further enhancing your work skills. In addition - on completion of an activity, eligible jobseekers will be entitled to receive a "Passport to Employment" which will help you further with job search skills.
